Princeton Rescue Squad Deputy Chief Whip Burks seeks high ground on the hood of an emergency vehicle while rising flood waters seemingly swallow an abandoned school bus on Quaker Road late Friday afternoon.

Princeton Rescue Squad Deputy Chief Whip Burks holds 4-year-old Florenzia Marquez, who was rescued along with eight others on Quaker Road in Princeton Township Friday.

Princeton rescue workers manned inflatable rafts to navigate their way through water-clogged roads. This one later sustained damage and deflated.
