DRIVER IS CHARGED
In Intersection Crash. David G. Winberg of Levittown, Pa. was charged with running a red light following an accident Saturday evening at 7:30 at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Harrison Street. A witness traveling behind the Winberg car told Ptl. Ronald Wohlschlegel that the car in front had failed to stop for the light and caused the accident.
The Winberg car damaged the entire right side of a car driven by William H. Lyons of Kendall Park. Both cars had to be towed from the scene.
Mr. Winberg was issued a summons; Mr. Lyons was taken to Princeton Medical Center for treatment of lacerations of the face and leg.
