Dear Member:

As many of you know due to some minor complications from cataract surgery Jim Pict was unable to attend the Inspection Parade. It was decided to postpone Mr. Pace’s 75th birthday celebration until the August meeting on August 1st. We hope that as a member of H&L, and as friend of Jim’s you will be able to attend the meeting and join everyone after the meeting for a piece of birthday cake.

Hope to see you at the meeting and in case you haven’t had a chance to sign that infamous birthday card for Jim, it is still upstairs on my desk.
