Princeton Fire Department Bicentennial Celebration Images (pg.12)

Fondly referred to as “The Buffalo,” this 1929 Pumper is the prized possession of the membership of Princeton’s Hook and Ladder Fire Company.

Billed as ‘Big Juggling Star,’ Jerry Rowan has toured with Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, entertained at the White House, and developed a special approach to juggling which keeps his audiences simultaneously laughing and surprised with his technical abilities. He will be performing two shows at 315 and 6:00 at Grover Park behind the Princeton Shopping Center.

Dr. Frank Field, WCBS-TV Meteorologist, will be Honorary Grand Marshal for the Bicentennial Celebration Parade beginning at 11:30 am. at the head of University Place and Nassau Street.

Skin & Bones & Co, a two person, three dot comedy act, will feature slapstick comedy, juggling, low wire and professional comedy by America’s silliest labradors as part of Princeton Bicentennial Celebration at Grover Park following the parade.
