The Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad may be asking the community to rescue its paramedic program: Mayor Cawley at the press conference said the squad is another “possible” area for funding cuts.

Rescue squad captain Edwin Obert said “any cutback in the borough or township contribution would result in the discontinuance of the professional paramedic program. And without the professional paramedics, the daytime emergency service will be crippled.”
