Store Fire Erupts

In Air Conditioning Motor. A motor in an air conditioning unit burned out when it caught fire Friday in The Perfect Fit shop in the Princeton Shopping Center.

Someone smelled smoke and observed flames coming out of the ceiling unit and called police at 1:08 in the afternoon. One fire truck and six volunteer firemen responded after being notified by police and put out the fire. Police report the fire was confined to the motor.
