To Use Workhouse Crew

A crew from the Mercer County Workhouse is scheduled to start work some time next month on interior painting and minor repairs in Princeton’s three firehouses, according to-Fire Commissioner Richard Woodbridge.

The Borough will only have to provide lunches, materials and someone to tell the crew what to do. If the plan works, crew members will do outside work after warm weather comes, Commissioner Woodbridge said.
