TRAPPED

A member of the Princeton Volunteer Fire Department used the jaws of life to free 35-year-old Violetta Rafazas, of Lawrenceville, whose Toyota Forerunner rolled on its side after being struck by another vehicle at the intersection of Chestnut and Spruce streets just after 10 a.m. on Thursday. The driver of the other vehicle, Ioulia Ugarova, 33 of Princeton University’s Hibben Apartments, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign.
