Dry weather may be fire cause

A brush fire which broke out in Princeton University’s Butler tract off Devereux Avenue last Thursday brought out two fire trucks and 10 men who were able to put out the blaze in about half an hour. Dry weather conditions may have helped start another field fire later that day on Lovers Lane. That fire burned part of a lot owned by Robert Cerrell and a lot and part of a fence on Rowland Bush’s property, also on Lovers Lane.
